1. Introduction Welcome to Haaslimo. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully as they set forth your rights and obligations when using our limousine services.

2. Booking and Reservations 2.1 All reservations must be made in advance, and confirmation will be sent once the booking is processed.
2.2 A valid form of payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods.
2.3 Prices may vary based on location, type of service, and vehicle type. Additional fees may apply for wait times, tolls, and other surcharges.

3. Payment and Deposits 3.1 A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, which is non-refundable.
3.2 Full payment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
3.3 Haaslimo reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received on time.

4. Cancellation Policy 4.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any penalties.
4.2 Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
4.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a full charge.

5. Chauffeur Conduct and Passenger Behavior 5.1 Our chauffeurs are highly trained professionals who are committed to providing excellent service.
5.2 Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner while using our service. Haaslimo reserves the right to terminate the service if passengers engage in unlawful or inappropriate behavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.

6. Damage and Liability 6.1 The client will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers during the service.
6.2 Haaslimo is not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.

7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances 7.1 Haaslimo is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
7.2 In the event of a breakdown or vehicle issue, Haaslimo will make every effort to provide an alternate vehicle or arrange suitable transportation.

8. Alcohol, Smoking, and Illegal Substances 8.1 Alcohol consumption is permitted for passengers of legal drinking age. However, excessive consumption or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the service without a refund.
8.2 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Haaslimo vehicles.
8.3 The use of illegal substances is not allowed, and any violation will be reported to the authorities.

9. Changes to the Terms & Conditions Haaslimo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
